Pick Up

Hi All,
Pick-up is a great way to get involved in ultimate; for summer 2025, Kingston Ultimate has booked Caton South Field 22 (the field closest to the ball diamond) on Monday evenings at 6pm from May 26 - August 25 for pick up ultimate games. All are welcome, even if you haven't registered for a Kingston Ultimate League.
Please remember to bring both a white and a dark jersey/shirt!
(Just a heads-up: gray, yellow, orange, red, green, powder blue, pink, purple and stripes don’t count as white or dark.)
Having clear light and dark teams really helps everyone keep track of who's on which side—and avoids those frustrating moments when someone accidentally throws to the wrong team. We’ve all heard, “Everyone knows each other, it’ll be fine!”... but trust us, it’s not always that simple.
Thanks for making the game smoother for everyone—just toss a light and dark shirt in your bag!

Junior Competitive Open & Women's Teams

We're looking to build on a great season last year and continue to develop high level junior ultimate in Kingston.
Sessions will take place Thursdays from 5:30-7:15pm on Caton's Field South from May 22 - July 31, 2025.
With a focus on learning more advanced offenses and defenses this group is expected to work harder while still having fun. The team will attend 2-3 single day tournaments within a 2 hour drive. The tentative tournaments are:
Kingston - June 7
Peterborough - June 28
Ottawa - July 26
Jerseys, field costs, and tournament fees are included in the registration fee. Families are responsible for travelling to the tournaments and any accommodations that they need. Athletes in this group should ideally have at least one season of high school ultimate or have played in one of our youth leagues before.
We encourage keen athletes to register for the the Junior League on Tuesdays as well.
For those not familiar, "Open" is a designation that ultimate uses to mean that any gender matching athlete may register for this program. The junior women's program is only available for female matching players.
Age requirements:
You must turn 14 or older by Dec. 31, 2025 and must not be older than 18 on Dec. 31, 2025
To register:
Your parent/guardian will need to create an account at league.kingstonulti.ca and then add a profile for you. They will then see a link to register in their Dashboard.
If you are 18, then you can create a league account yourself.
If you already have a league account (or you parent/guardian does), you can log in and you will see the link to register.
Note: registration officially closes end of day May 22, but if you miss the deadline you can email joel@kingstonulti.ca
