Help Needed

Kingston Ultimate is partnering up with Queen's University to bring back the Goose. For those that don't know, Goosebowl is an annual co-ed tournament hosted by Kingston. The tournament is typically held on the last weekend of October (Halloween weekend), and yes costumes are highly encouraged.

But I digress, the purpose of this post is to ask for help from the ultimate community. We are looking for sponsors for the tournament. In particular we are trying to offset our costs by securing a beer company to sponsor the Saturday night party. If anyone has connections to a beer company or beer rep, please email info@kingstonultimate.ca.
Any other sponsors ideas are welcome as well.
Lastly, we will again be looking for volunteers to help run the tournament. If interested please email info@kingstonultimate.ca.

Fall League 2013

The fall league will be a hat league with players randomly assigned to different teams. When you register we will ask you to rank yourself on a scale of 1-10 and we will do our best to ensure that each team has an equal number of beginner, intermediate, and advanced players.
The league will run on Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm-7pm starting Sept. 4 and running until Oct. 16.
The cost of the league is $25 and there will be a post game deal at the Mansion.

Help Still Needed
Regional Tournament July 12/13

Kingston Ultimate in partnership with ODSA and Tourism Kingston are hosting the Ontario Ultimate Championships, which is a qualifying tournament for the Canadian Ultimate Nationals. The tournament is being held in Kingston on July 12th and 13th, and teams that qualify will go on to play in the national tournament being held in Waterloo in mid August.
We are looking for volunteers to help with field set up and take down, score keeping, setting up and maintaining field provisions and a host of other things. If you are interested in helping out, or for more details, please use the Contact link to send me an email.
We are setting up volunteer schedules in 4 hour blocks so even if you are only available to help for one 4 hour block, the help is greatly appreciated.

Pick Up Ulti

Starting Sunday, September 1 and for the remainder of the fall season, pick up ultimate will be at Caton field at 3pm on Sundays.
Everyone is welcome to play in pick up games even if you are not part of the Kingston Ultimate league
