First Games Wednesday May 25

Posted by Noah on May 24, 2005

The schedule has been published on the website, so you should know now where, when, and who you're playing. If you don't know what team you're on, please check the the league roster page. If you're not on the full roster, or you're not on the team you expected to be on, please let us know and we'll see what we can do about it.

It is not impossible that the schedule will change a little between now and Wednesday -- this will only happen if teams decide to switch tiers (and if we're able to accommodate the switch). It would probably be a good idea to check back on Wednesday just in case.

If you need some help getting inspired for your game on Wednesday, check out the trailers at ibleedblack.com.

Men's Touring Team

Posted by Noah on May 16, 2005

Try-outs for an elite Men's ultimate team representing Kingston will be held Wednesday May 18 at 6pm at St. Lawrence and Thursday May 19 at 6pm at Oakridge. We are looking to recruit players with a committed interest in touring local tournaments this summer, with the foremost objective of qualifying for the Canadian Ultimate Championships in Winnipeg this year. Candidates offering experience, strategic thinking, disc-handling skills, athleticism, and most importantly, sincere effort and enthusiasm, are all desirable and strongly encouraged to attend. Players simply seeking coaching and practice are also welcome. Please bring a disc.

For more information, or if you're interested in playing but can't make it to the first tryout, please contact Alex Davis at davis@me.queensu.ca.
