Pick-up
Pick-up is a great way to get involved in ultimate.
The following information is current as of spring 2010, but it changes frequently. The best way to know where and when to find pickup is to keep an eye on the news on this site's home page, or use one of the methods in the "Connect" box on the right.
From the beginning of April until late May 24, pick-up takes place at McCullough Park every Wednesday at 5:30pm and every Sunday at 2:00pm. If McCullough Park is not available, pick-up will be at Oakridge Park at the same time.
From May 24 through about Labour Day weekend, pick-up takes place at St. Lawrence College every Monday and Friday at 6pm.
From the beginning of September until late October, pick-up takes place at McCullough Park every Monday at 5:30pm. If McCullough Park is not available, pick-up will be at Oakridge Park at the same time.
Throughout the rest of the year, if the weather is nice, pick-up sometimes takes place at McCullough Park, usually starting around 5:30pm on Wednesdays and/or 2pm on Sundays.
